With all the excitement of the early release of the new formula 3D Fibre Lashes + and the huge deal with the new Presenter Kit, we also have this months new release Matte Splurge Cream Shadow!
Just as the other Splurges are, these Cream shadows are creaseproof, smudgeproof and blend easily.
I think this new shade "Proud" is going to be one of my favourites!
